Monitoring & Rebooting

With it, your VPS server will be included in our own custom–built server monitoring software system, which will monitor all the key services. And in case of any service failure, our server admins will be warned straight away and they will solve the trouble as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a Linux Virtual Private Server isn’t the easiest process in this world. You will either have to use a different server or your PC, or use some 3rd–party solution. Our company offers a considerably simpler and easier solution with our Administration Services package. We will create a full backup of your virtual server on a weekly basis, so you never have to be worried about losing vital info. Last but not least we can restore a backup copy very quickly. All backups we make are saved on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to your content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have complete freedom to run any script or service on your server. But, certain scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra configuration from you. This is when our Administration Services offer will come in real handy. It features thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting operations – it means that you’ll be able to basically hire one of our skilled server administrators for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software that you want. And/or have him rectify a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an optional feature with the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
